# Location tracking settings

**Location frequency settings:**&#x20;

This feature includes a primary setting that allows you to specify the location interval. This setting determines how often the field staff's location will be shared with you, based on the time interval you choose.

The higher the location interval, the less accurate the data will be, but it will also consume less power from the mobile app. Therefore, we recommend setting the time interval to 5 minutes. However, if you require higher accuracy, you can set it to 1 minute.
