The second tab in this page is Reimbursement, Reimbursement are also a part of general components but these are basically the expenses that the employees are already made and the companies reimbursing them.
You can refer the below mentioned image:
Here you will see different components like:
Fuel Reimbursement: This component allows employees to request reimbursement for fuel expenses incurred during official travel or company-related activities. It covers costs associated with vehicle refueling, ensuring employees are appropriately compensated for their fuel expenditures.
Driver Reimbursement: For employees who utilize personal vehicles for work-related purposes, this component enables them to claim reimbursement for driver-related expenses. It covers expenses such as vehicle maintenance, insurance, and other costs associated with employing a personal driver.
Telephone Reimbursement: This component facilitates reimbursement for employees' telephone expenses incurred while conducting business operations. It covers costs related to business calls, mobile plans, and other communication charges, ensuring employees are reimbursed for their communication-related expenditures.
You can edit anyone by clicking on that action button which is in front of every components, you can refer the below mentioned image:
When you click on this "Action" button and edit, you are directed to a screen like the below mentioned image:
Here you can edit different information like:
Earning Name
Name in Payslip
Calculation Type: These calculation types include:
Percentage: Apply a specific percentage to a base value, such as the employee's basic salary or a specific allowance, to determine the final earning amount. This allows for proportional calculations based on percentages.
Fixed Flat Amount: Assign a fixed amount directly to an earning component, such as a bonus or special allowance. This ensures consistent payments without variation based on other factors.
Variable Flat Amount: This you have to enter on monthly basis. Set varying amounts for an earning component based on specific conditions or factors, such as performance targets or tenure. This provides flexibility in compensation and enables tailored rewards.
