# Forgot Password

### How to Reset your password?

To reset your password, first you have to click on "Forgot Password" option:

When you click on this "Forgot Password" option, you are directed to a screen as the one mentioned below:

To reset your password you have to enter these two details:

1. **Company Id.**
2. **Registered Mobile number.**

After entering these credentials you need to click on "**Request OTP button\[3]**".

After these steps you are directed to a screen as the one mentioned below:

Here you have to enter the OTP in the **Enter OTP Field\[1],**&#x74;hat will be sent to your registered mobile number

If you haven't received the OTP or it has expired, you can click on "**Resend OTP\[2]**".

Once you have entered the correct OTP, click on "**Change Password Button\[3]**"  to change your password.

After completing this when you click on "CHANGE PASSWORD", you are directed to a screen which looks like the mentioned below:

To set a new password, you have to follow these steps:

1. **Enter new password:** Enter your desired new password in this field.
2. **Confirm password:** Re-enter your new password in this field to confirm it.

Once you have entered the password. Click on the "**Confirm Button\[3]**" to set your new password.
